💸 What are the minimum order requirements?
🔹 MOQ: Minimum Order Quantity
Each product has its own MOQ. You can find it listed on the product detail page under “MOQ (Min.).”
- For U-QUICK, the MOQ is 5 units.
- For STANDARD ORDER, the MOQ varies by product, typically between 10 and 20 units.
- For U-DIRECT, the MOQ is based on the product’s outer box unit.
🔹 MOA: Minimum Order Amount
- First order: $500 USD minimum
- Re-orders: $700 USD minimum
You won’t be able to proceed to checkout if your cart is below the required amount.
📦 What shipping methods does UMMA offer?
UMMA offers 6 shipping methods, depending on your country and preference:
🔹 Using Your Own Forwarder
- – EXW: Your forwarder picks up the goods from UMMA’s warehouse
🔹 International Courier Shipping
- – Shipped via UPS, EMS, DHL, FEDEX, or ARAMEX
- – Shipping cost is automatically calculated based on weight and shown on the checkout page
- – Import duties are not included — you’re responsible for customs clearance
💳 What payment methods are available?
UMMA accepts 5 secure payment options:
- ✔️ Bank Transfer (T/T)
- ✔️ Payoneer
- ✔️ PayPal

- ✔️ Debit Card

💸 How do I get wholesale prices?
Once you register for a free UMMA account and log in, you can view exclusive wholesale pricing for all partner brands. MOQs and MOAs apply to orders.
📦 How can I check my order status?
Once you place your order, go to MY > Order History to check the status.
Here are the main stages:
- 1. Payment Pending: Awaiting confirmation (T/T may take 3–4 business days)
- 2. Purchase in Review: Preparing your products (up to 15 business days)
-> For U-QUICK items, shipping starts within 48 hours from Korea.
-> For U-DIRECT items, shipping starts within 48 hours from the local UMMA warehouse.
- 3. Waiting for Delivery: Products are ready to ship
- 4. Shipment on the Way: In transit
- 5. Delivery Completed: Shipment has arrived
- 6. Order Complete: Confirm receipt to earn UMMA Points
📌 Delivery status depends on the method (EXW or DAP).
🪙 What are UMMA Points and how do they work?
UMMA Points are part of our membership rewards program.
- ✔️ Earn points based on your membership level — reward rates vary depending on your level.
- ✔️ No limit on how many points you can use per purchase
- ✔️ Auto-confirmation occurs:
- 7 days after delivery (DAP/courier)
- 30 days (EXW or FCA methods)
UMMA Points are valid for 6 months (180 days) from the most recent point reward date or until membership cancellation. To extend validity, make a purchase to renew all points for another 6 months. UMMA Points are given after the order is marked as ‘Order Complete’.
